REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Customer satisfaction guaranteed…if you are not satisfied with your purchase you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and return the merchandise for a refund or credit towards your next order.  Merchandise will not be refunded without prior approval. If you contact us within the 5 days and receive approval the merchandise must be shipped back to us within the next 5 days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

DAMAGED OR MISSING MERCHANDISE

Any damaged or missing merchandise must be reported to us within 5 days of receiving your order. We videotape each order and may be able to resolve any issue regarding missing items. If any items are damaged or missing please keep all packing materials or we will not be able to issue any credits. Note any damaged or missing boxes with the carrier.  If an item is damaged please email a picture of the damaged item. Once you contact us regarding damaged merchandise we will issue instructions on what to do with the merchandise.  No credit will be issued for any damaged merchandise returned without prior approval.
